Zoe Brum

My name is Zoe Brum. My fitness journey began when I was empowered by weight training and becoming something everyone said I was not, strong. I completed in the National Physique Committee (NPC) Bikini division for 3 years. My journey has not only changed me physically, but also, more importantly, mentally and emotionally. I hope to spread a movement of embodying a strong mind and body amongst the world.

Natasha is a NESTA certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition certified nutritionist.  Natasha was a competitive figure ice-skater and coach. She was also a National Qualified NPC Figure competitor. Natasha has a passion for strength and endurance training and overall health and wellness.
