At WESTCA we have a diverse personal training staff with expertise ranging from weight loss to muscle building, from competition prepping to boxing and more. Natasha Sealy   Natasha is a NESTA certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition certified nutritionist. Natasha was a competitive figure ice-skater and coach. She was also a National Qualified NPC Figure competitor.
