Yes! this can be done anywhere. We will email you material on how to take you measurement at home, everything else is virtual!

You’ll take measurements before the program starts. Instructions will be emailed to you, with the option to come into WESTCA or do them at home.

Based on your starting point with body composition and goal, you will received specific portion size. The recipe and meal suggestions are generally the same for everyone, but the portion sized will differ.

No problem. Your nutrition plan will account for dietary preferences, allergies, and restrictions.

Yes, your plans will be delivered Jan 16 via email. The kick-off call on the 17th is done via Zoom so you can take the call anywhere. We will also record the call and send out to anyone that may have missed it or wants to reference it.

All group calls are recorded so you can watch on your own time.

No. This program is beginner-friendly and scalable for all levels.

Yes, but we really encourage participants stay as close to the meal plan as possible for the short 4- week period.
