    Take us for a test drive! With our signature Strong Strong Start program you receive 3 one hour sessions with zero obligation. Designed to get your out of the planning phase and into the action phase, you’ll walk away with a comprehensive assessment and personalized recommendations covering lifestyle, nutrition, body composition, cardio health, posture and movement & strength.

    Semi Private Personal Training

    3-5 People in a session at one time with a trainer . Each client still receives a program designed for their goals, fitness level and workout schedule. Not a bootcamp, not a one size fits all. The perfect mix of accountability , motivation and customization

    Private Personal Training

    One on one personal training allows us to help you maximize your time in the gym and your results. There are no goals too big or small. Beginners to advanced are welcome.
