    We start all our clients off in our 3 session Strong Start Program. Receive a holistic 6 point assessment, a full WESTCA workout, and custom recommendations & roadmap.

  • Semi Private Personal Training

    3-5 People in a session at one time with a trainer still receive a program designed for their goals, fitness level and workout schedule.

  • Private Personal Training

    One on one customer programming. There are no goals too big or small. Beginners to advanced are welcome

  • Nutrition Services

    A complimentary 4 week custom nutrition program is included for every new client. These program occur 3 times a year (New Year, Spring & Fall) . Meal plans, recipes, and weekly check-in are include . Not a client? No problem, you can still join us!
