Adapt founder Dr. Mike has over a decade of clinical experience working with athletes and successfully treating and rehabilitating people dealing with pain from injuries. He was a part of the Clinic Abroad program in El Salvador in 2012 and Fiji in 2015. Over his career, Dr. Mike has worked with professional and amateur athletes in powerlifting, Olympic lifting, MMA fighters, BJJ fighters, and rugby players.

Roz is the owner and lead stylist at THE STUDIO LOS GATOS, a Wella Master Color Expert and Schwarzkopf Master Colorist with over a decade in the beauty industry. She won 1st place in Wella’s 2013 North American Trend Vision Awards and represented the U.S. internationally in Frankfurt the following year. Roz has worked backstage at New York Fashion Week, trained with Sebastian and Oribe’s Creative Director, and was part of Lady Gaga’s "Born This Way" release event. Her work has been featured in American Salon, Modern Salon, and Oribe’s Rough Luxury. Always learning and teaching, Roz is dedicated to elevating the craft of hair artistry.
