Designed to get your out of the planning phase and into the action phase, you’ll walk away with a comprehensive assessment and personalized recommendations covering lifestyle, nutrition, body composition, cardio health, posture and movement & strength.

1 hour with WESTCA Trainer
Lifestyle Assessment: We review sleep, hydration, daily movement, life obstacle, and stress
Nutrition Assessment: Share with us your current nutrition habits, if you have time to cook, difference between weekdays and weekends.
Inbody Test: Our inbody test gives a comprehensive overview of muscle and fat ratios in your body.
Cardio Test: Harvard step test gives us insight to your VO2 max, an important health metric
Posture Screen: A digital scan of your body which will lay out any posture improvement - spoiler alert you probably have tech neck (but we can fix it!)
Movement & Strength Screen: A very light ‘workout’ designed for us to see how your body moves.

A full WESTCA workout. 1 hour long, come prepared to workout! This is your opportunity to ‘test drive’ our training and meet your personal trainer and the community at WESTCA

A 45-60 minutes session where we review a full reports on all our findings from your assessment and workout. We provide recommendations that fit YOUR lifestyle , and help you prioritize next steps. Part of the review include a detailed posture review and customer stretches and exercise for your specific posture findings.

Nope! The reports are yours to keep and while we hope to continue working with you (and most do!) we are happy to help kick start your fitness journey

Anyone who is interested in trying our training services, the Strong Start serves as both a ‘ test drive’ for you and tool for us to build you the right program!
